Cost wasn't bad at all, Sandra was incredibly responsive with the scheduling, and Jonathan was quick, knowledgeable and relayed all the info on what he was doing to me in terms that were easily understandable, while he was doing the onsite visit. I was hesitant at first to get maintenance done since I figured I could do it myself, but I'll definitely be utilizing FPWS's services again.

I had the clak whole house Water filtration/softner and reverse osmosis system installed. Erwin came out and tested our water and gave us many options. There was NO high pressure and he explained everything in great detail. Vito was my point of contact making sure we knew all the warranty, service and product information. It was very reassuring to see a company following threw even after the install. Johnathon was our installer. He treated my home as if it was his own.
