Total Rip Off! Find other HVAC before you buy with these guys and ask for line item costs. They tried to charge me $1150 for a 1-yr warranty that I didn’t want and the job only cost $350. Total Scammers and can’t be trusted. They also charge $125 just to come out and inspect - total waste of time and money

They scheduled me for a same-day repair but didn’t show up or call. I waited hours and when I finally got through, they told me I wasn’t on the schedule. No apology, no urgency to fix their mistake. Ended up going with another company who showed up the same day. I won’t be calling them again.

I’m so happy with these folks. They installed a heat pump system for me that works immaculately. Back office (Luis and Ricardo) offered their professional opinions on the best units and researched rebates to get us very competitive pricing. Luis even visited two weeks afterwards to bring new filters and check on any concerns. Their techs are very professional, did a very clean install, and left the property spotless afterwards.
