When we finally were able to confirm that Blizzard would be putting in our new A/C system, Ron was very communicative about when we would be getting the A/C system put in. They also offered good pricing for a good system compared to other quotes I received. Ron helped us get our new air conditioning system put in quickly which I appreciated because my kids and I had already been living without A/C for a week and it was very hot in the house. Ron called me to let me know when they would do the work and also Ron checked up on how things were going frequently. The workers that installed the A/C did a pretty good job. They layed down a tarp while they were working inside and cleaned up inside when they were done. They ended up having to come 2 days because the wrong part was delivered. I do appreciate that the Blizzard company sent out extra people to help make sure the work was completed the next day since the incorrect part was delivered the day before. Mistakes happen, I appreciate them trying to make it right. The office lady Sherly was also helpful and communicative.
