Working from home has taken it’s toll on my back. Andy has been amazing, ensuring I also maintain progress with stretches and exercises I can practice at home. Dannish has also been amazing with the sports massage. All the staff all lovely friendly and welcoming and Meg could make an amazing therapy dog she is so calming and an asset to the clinic 😊

I've had problems for years and seen physios before without success so I was skeptical but Andy is an absolute miracle worker. The assessment was incredibly thorough and I felt in safe hands. 4 sessions and I'm able to walk without a stick. I can manage stairs and I'm pain free. Add to this brilliant staff who do everything they can to accommodate you and are incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus the gorgeous clinic dog Meg who is a cuddly gentle pooch. Don't sit in pain book now. You definitely won't regret it.

I can't recommend the team at Alba highly enough .When I started my treatment I was in chronic pain and struggling to cope with multiple problems mainly back and neck pain . Now I'm 2/3rds of the way through the treatment program set out I'm almost pain free, my knees don't hurt, my tendonitis that I usually have in my elbows over winter is non existent. My back flexibility has improved and I can turn my neck like I'm 18 again . I've never had a massage before as part of chiropractic treatment and was unsure at first but now I look forward to it because Peter knows what he's doing and he makes me feel at ease . Beatrice the chiropractor is a master of her trade and super nice. Put your trust in her, you won't be disappointed with the results.
