We had no air conditioning Saturday mid-morning Jason came out that evening to access the situation and by Monday evening we had our air conditioning back.Highly recommend Jason in a heartbeat, he was professional, polite and punctual. With the big box companies coming into town, it is nice to work with our local businesses.

Very professional. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that everything went more than okay. He made sure that I knew all of my options and how I could benefit from the right decision. The work was done perfectly and quickly with everything being done correctly. I now have a very efficient running heating and cooling system. Between Jason and his helper Kayman the work was done smoothly and I feel that I had the best men doing the job. Quick and easy. They replaced my failing Nest thermostat and did a full inspection, meanwhile replacing some wire nuts that were beginning to crack and likely to cause problems later. All as part of the annual maintenance plan. I’m a hardcore DIY but hands down their service was legit.

Before contacting Desert HVAC Pros, I called Benjamin Franklin/Pitzers one day air, the company I bought my unit from. This was on Friday. By the way, the unit is under warranty. They told me they couldn't come until Sunday. It was 99° and climbing inside the house. Outside was 115° . The problem started 3 weeks prior. A technician came out, spent all of 15 minutes and said everything was good. My 88 year old mother and I suffered all night. Called Desert HVAC Saturday morning and Jason came out that afternoon, spent 5 hours repairing my unit. The refrigerant was leaking, copper tubes twisted and the capacitor/condenser not functioning, a myriad of other issues. He was so thorough, explained every step and why, showed me all gauge readings throughout the process. He worked deligently, even in 113° heat. He showed genuine concern for us. He didn't make empty promises and tackled each problem systematically. It took about 3 hours for the house to reach a comfortable temperature. I was so happy to see the temperature drop on the thermostat. My mother and I were able to be in our house and sleep comfortablyI highly recommend Desert HVAC Pros, out of Lake Havasu City. Oh , and by the way, we're over an hour away from him. He also provides an excellent maintenance policy, which I will purchase, very reasonable. I will never call Benjamin Franklin/Pitzers one day air again, even if my warranty is through them. They charge me for things that are suppose to be covered, try to sell me stuff every time they come out, and do lousy work. Call Desert HVAC, you won't be disappointed.

Jason came out to do a A/C unit inspection and did a very thorough job and was very professional in explaining what needed to be done. Too follow up on this I just had Jason and Chris replace my old A/C unit. They worked their tails off and the job came out great. They left the area cleaner than they found it and I'm very happy with cold air that I'm getting now.

My air conditioner went down on a Saturday. I had Air Control come out first. They quoted me $1100 accompanied by “ …and I haven’t even opened that yet.” I called Desert HVAC pros and got it done for $690. They didn’t cut corners replacing/fixing exactly what Air Control quoted as the problem. Could have saved another $110 ( What I paid Air Control ) if I had called them first.

Jason and Chris helped repair our AC unit that went out in the middle of a storm due to outages. They came right out with a very short notice and completed the repair in a very timely and efficient manner. They are very knowledgeable, they carried all the needed parts and are very hard workers. Both Jason and Chris worked through 106 degree weather to make sure we had our ac up and running. Best HVAC team out there. I highly recommend them!
