Brandi!!! Was a life saver. When I first moved to Texas about a year ago she helped me find a place. I am a bit indecisive. She was patient and visited the properties I was interested in and FaceTimed me so I could view them as well. I have since purchased a home (new build). Brandi was far and away the best realtor that I’ve ever had the absolute pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond on absolutely everything she did. I can’t point to anything she could have done better. She has an accurate perspective of every neighborhood we visited and without her I doubt we would have found the amazing property we did. She negotiated on our behalf, setup our internet before we were in town, took delivery of my car, and so much more (if I included it all this would be pages long)! I forgot I was working with someone rather than just talking to a family friend. Brandi is a 10/10 realtor and I wouldn’t let a friend work with anyone else, period.

Brandi was amazing. Communication is my top priority and she exceeded expectations which are very high. Due to the fact this was my first home and on a very strict budget (not to mention that homes in this area are selling within a day), I was not expecting quite a few things that occurred. She always calmed me down at various stages of this process, helped me see the big picture and would give me a good dose of reality. Distance was not an issue at all when it came to looking at homes in Kyle. She was always available as needed. I highly recommend her to anyone. God forbid I ever have to go through this again, she will be the ONLY agent I will ever use. Could not have been happier and have zero regrets. Brandi and her team were extremely responsive and knew how to help me get through some of the harder steps involved in buying/selling a home with ease. Brandi Adkins is amazing. She understands real estate inside and out. Perhaps even more important for my husband and I, she understands how difficult the process is for her clients. Brandi was frank and upfront going so far as to say- "it's a beautiful house but it doesn't have what you told me you wanted. Are you going to be happy with this one in 6 months?" She was right. She understands all of the social and emotional things that go into where we live based on schools, access to things that matter, distance from work, etc. I would recommend her to anyone.
