Brandi was the perfect amount of “hands on” from start to finish of our home buying process. We moved across the country to Austin and she made us feel confident during every step of the process. We feel very fortunate to have met Brandi - she was a crucial part to making sure our move to Austin was all that we hoped it would be!

Brandi is amazing!! She was able to find me a home within a week or two and I moved right in. She was always available for any questions I had throughout this process. This was my first home buying experience and I could not have asked for a better agent!

Brandi Adkins is terrific. I already recommended her to my friend's and now I'm recommending her to you.The short ... Brandi is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, thorough, and a pleasure work with. Thanks to Brandi's recommendations, thoughtfulness, and actions, my property stood out from competing homes in the area. This resulted in multiple full-price offers within just a few days. The Long... I was moving out of state.I needed someone who I was confident could sell my existing house at the best market value, and in a timely fashion. Further, I was moving out of state BEFORE the property was to be posted for sale.Brandi gave me the "really reallys" about market conditions; sales info on comparable properties; and coached me on prepping the house to really shine. While I'm somewhat knowledgeable about buying & selling real estate, there's was much that had changed in the years since my last purchase. Brandi was patient and understanding as she listened to my (super reasonable and definitely not difficult) questions, and she guided me through the entire modern process. Before you consider putting your property on the market, you should definitely speak with Brandi Adkins. Once you meet and speak with Brandi, you'll see why she's a superstar.I'm Ed Orlin, and I approve thismessage.

Brandi has helped me twice in the last few years to find a place to live (for myself and then for my daughter). She is so amazing and knowledgable about the real estate market in Austin and the surrounding areas. I felt completely comfortable and heard by her during the entire process. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Brandi is honestly the best! Not only did she stick with us for about a year, she was straight up about the properties we looked at. Letting us know which ones didn’t fit us and making everything smooth as possible. I love her personality and how I feel like she has our back, when it comes to preference, things to look out for, tips and tricks. Literally she’s the whole package. Not to mention, she’s funny too. Very friendly. 5 star experience. Highly recommend.!

Brandi!!! Was a life saver. When I first moved to Texas about a year ago she helped me find a place. I am a bit indecisive. She was patient and visited the properties I was interested in and FaceTimed me so I could view them as well. I have since purchased a home (new build). She was there from start to finish and still around to help me retrieve large items from stores using her truck! Lol Brandi is hands own and hands down my favorite relator! You will not be disappointed.

Brandi did a phenomenal job with selling my house considering many difficult factors. Brandi fixed a train wreck and did it very quickly. I’m 100 percent satisfied!

With 18 years of experience, a Texan size-heart for serving and consistent learning to stay ahead of marketing trends and down markets, Brandi is the only one I would trust in Austin to sell my home!

Brandi was far and away the best realtor that I’ve ever had the absolute pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond on absolutely everything she did. I can’t point to anything she could have done better. She has an accurate perspective of every neighborhood we visited and without her I doubt we would have found the amazing property we did.She negotiated on our behalf, setup our internet before we were in town, took delivery of my car, and so much more (if I included it all this would be pages long)! I forgot I was working with someone rather than just talking to a family friend. Brandi is a 10/10 realtor and I wouldn’t let a friend work with anyone else, period.

Brandi was the most amazing realtor to work with. She gives you her time in a big way, her advice, her knowledge. She never pushes you toward a place. If you point out something you do or don’t like she just notes it. She never tried to upsell. In this insane market she got me into a contract in 5 days when I had limited funds. I would recommend her to anyone. You will not find anyone better.

Brandi worked with us for over 2 years as we searched for our "perfect" first home. She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the 2/3 years we have worked together (as we changed our minds on the type of home we thought we wanted several times). Brandi only wants what is best for her clients! She worked hard to understand our wants and needs as she helped us search for our "perfect" first home. She knows Austin and the surrounding areas, and the market, like the back of her hand! She is also incredibly savvy in seeing a house for its potential, not its current state! We can not recommend Brandi Adkins enough! If you want someone who is going to truly be on your side, and help you in this incredible journey of finding a home, she is your realtor!

Brandi was nothing short of amazing. She was with us for a really long time before we found our home. She could have given up on us many times but she stuck with us and we are forever grateful. Whenever a listing dropped that was who thin our price range or when she thought we would like it, bam! She’d send it over. Every realtor should be like Brandi and if your realtor isn’t like Brandi come find Brandi.

Brandi was amazing. Communication is my top priority and she exceeded expectations which are very high. Due to the fact this was my first home and on a very strict budget (not to mention that homes in this area are selling within a day), I was not expecting quite a few things that occurred. She always calmed me down at various stages of this process, helped me see the big picture and would give me a good dose of reality. Distance was not an issue at all when it came to looking at homes in Kyle. She was always available as needed. I highly recommend her to anyone. God forbid I ever have to go through this again, she will be the ONLY agent I will ever use. Could not have been happier and have zero regrets. The most important thing is she works in the best interest of the client.....not just to make a sale. Not too many people like her are around these days.

Brandi Adkins is an AMAZING Realtor!!! I have worked with her on 3 different transactions. She has helped my family buy 2 houses and sold one home. Brandi will do anything to help you throughout the process and go above and beyond. I referred my parents to her recently and my parents were amazed by her knowledge! I would highly recommend her to everyone!!! Thank you for being such a great realtor Brandi!!!

Brandi knows her stuff and she's very friendly. I've never thought I would feel this comfortable buying and selling a house. Brandi and her team were extremely responsive and knew how to help me get through some of the harder steps involved in buying/selling a home with ease. I would recommend Brandi to anyone looking into buying/selling a home. She felt like family the whole time she helped me and my wife from day 1 through the end of both processes (buying then selling). She was able to lock in an awesome buying price for the dream house my wife and me wanted. She even got our offer accepted within 3 days from us taking our first tour of the house. Then, she was able to find a buyer for our original house within a week from listing it. She's AMAZING!!!
