Sunny is the most tenacious person I have uncounted in a long while, when he starts working on a project ( real estate deal ) he doesn’t quit until he is assured that he has made the best deal for his clients. Our deal went on for over 22 months, lawsuit, mediation, and he never failed to get in touch with us and let kept us informed of what was going on on both sides of this deal.
