Mendoza Construction has been blocking the sidewalk in downtown Jersey City for months, creating a daily hazard for pedestrians & drivers on one of the city's busiest routes. Even worse, the sidewalk is littered with screws, nails, and construction debris — a serious safety risk that shows a clear disregard for the community. For a company working in a dense urban area, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. Shame on you, Mendoza Construction, for putting convenience over safety.

Osman has been a fantastic partner on my renovation project. He brought a large crew (up to 7 workers) to get the job done on time and with the right level of quality. I found Osman to be a great listener, always trying to find solutions when facing challenges or additional requests raised during the project. For instance, he would buy directly a missing material, would reach out to a different partner when the task was out of his expertise (eg. glazing a bathtub). An overall wonderful experience and I can only warmly recommend Osman.

Truly professional and excellent company! Gosh, honestly no stress with this company. I called them and Osman gave me an estimate very quickly. Pricing is very fair and honest. Such a smooth & professional experience. Cannot speak highly enough about Osman and his crew. I hired them to install a bunch of new trim/moulding/casing - the previous was all damaged so they had to match previous work without it looking awkward or worked on. It was tedious work but came out perfectly and they got it done super fast. Osman was very communicative, and helpful when I made a mistake that cost them some time. I work with a lot of General Contractors and Osman by far is one of the best. They take the tiny details into account and when its your home you really do appreciate that! Definitely my go-to GC from now on.
