I was highly impressed with the professional & efficient service I received here, both for my mom and myself. My mother was suffering with pain in her jaws due to the dentures she had from another clinic. After a brief exam, Dr. Patel suggested that her dentures needed a minor fix so that was done, to my surprise, in only few minutes while we were at the clinic. No waiting or follow up visit was required. Its been few days & my mom is now actually able to eat very well with no pain or denture issues! While we were at the clinic, I also requested Dr. Patel if he could do a quick examination for my jaws to see if I could get a custom mouth-guard made there (I needed one for martial arts). They actually make really good sports mouthguards (wow!) and Dr. Patel suggested to get my dental impressions done during the same time. I was done in < 10 min! Dr. Patel explained to me that most of the ready-made mouthguards wouldn't work for me due to the abnormal structure of my jaws. He was spot on since I have always had trouble with ready-made mouthguards before! The custom mouthguard I got through this clinic did the trick for me & I use it regularly during my karate training! Thank you very much to Dr. Patel & his staff who were extremely courteous - both my mom & I are extremely satisfied & we are giving up our downtown clinic (especially due to long wait times, lengthy paperwork & redundant follow up appointments with frustrating reminders) - pingree smile center is our permanent clinic going forward & I highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth & straightforward dental experience.
