Update after owner response:I need to correct several statements made in the reply. The tooth that was drilled was not a new cavity. It was a previously filled tooth, which was clearly shown in the records and X-rays I sent from my prior dentist before treatment. A proper review of those records would have prevented this. The jaw issue was not a few days of stiffness. I was unable to fully open my mouth for over a month after the appointment, following repeated and excessive attempts to numb me, with five separate poking attempts. For comparison, I previously had my wisdom teeth removed with my jaw open for 2–3 hours using only local anesthetic and had zero jaw issues afterward.Since leaving this office, my jaw has been affected, and as a result my bite is now misaligned, which was never an issue before. I now experience daily headaches that began only after this treatment. Multiple adjustment visits did not resolve the problem. My prior records also documented what anesthetic works for me and were already provided. This situation was preventable with proper record review and patient-specific care. Despite this, I was still charged for most of the procedure.I stand by my experience and DO NOT recommend this office.
