I had a carsick child who couldn't get his barf bag fast enough made a huge mess all over my seats, door and flooring. Josh came out quickly and cleaned my van making it cleaner than when I had bought it from the dealership. He used an ozone machine to neutralize any and all odors. He found in the trunk where a bottle of transmission fluid has spilled leaving an oily mess that got on everything and was able to clean that as well so it wouldn't get on anything I might transport back there. I had a wonderful experience with this company. I purchased a ceramic coating package from Grizzly Auto Detailing and had a wonderful experience with the worker who came out (Josh). The owner (Nathan) was very communicative on what the package entailed and the steps needed to take care of the vehicle after it was finished. I even made a slight mistake with the coating after it was finished and they came out to correct the issue immediately and without any additional charges. The car came out much better than I expected, even with the reference photos they showed. If I could give them more stars I would. 10/10. Less
