I’m am very disappointed!!!!!!! Our roof was done. Great. But a few months later, our roof was leaking! Called and now we get a message WE HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!I payed good money for the job and now you won’t fix what YOUR CREW DID???????!!!!!!! I don’t think so. Somebody better get it fix and FAST!!!!!... More

Had roofed replaced with upgraded shingles, solar fans, and valleys. Work was completed in a timely manner. Crew also did a great job with cleanup. Had a small issue with chimney but they quickly came out and made the necessary changes (wierd roof angle). Rep was very attentive and professional as well! The rep also handled all of my paperwork with my mortgage company. Easy and painless. Would ... More

Trident had a Representative at my home the day after a tornado hit our neighborhood on November 3rd, 2024. He was helpful in assessing damage and having temporary repairs done to our roof prevent any more damage to interior of home. The Representative from Trident was also present when insurance adjuster came to assess damage. Trident had materials and crew there the next week to repair damage to roof and install new shingles and gutters. A very good job was performed. Also during the clean up the they were helpful with information, and of getting dumpsters in for clean up of debris. Also they have a crew that rebuilt our fence. After all work was performed, they came back just to see we were doing well and that we were satisfied with the work. In my opinion, they were fair in pricing and did a great job in listening, repairs and after job contact. All in all, good people. I had a good experience dealing with this company. Less
