I have a guide dog in training and she’s always been wonderful allowing her to come to my sessions which allows me to fit sessions into my busy schedule. Apex is amazing - a local, community feeling combined with amazing trainers and group classes. You might go in thinking you won't see results or be inspired but every time you step foot in there you will be driven to give 10/10 effort. Amanda is a great trainer, the gym is clean and I felt very comfortable. And some times you get to see her assistant "Howie" too.

Apex is an amazing fitness center with intense classes led by a couple of amazing women who really know how to whip you into shape. Highly recommend.
