John and his team were super friendly, loved our dogs, and worked around our noisy kid's schedule. He replaced a cracked window and stuck with his quote even though our house presented additional issues. We got multiple quotes prior and his were by far, the most reasonable. Albany Replacement Windows Inc. installed new garage windows for us during the hottest days yet this summer! There were many unanticipated problems that arose in replacing these 30+ year old windows. John and his team took care to do the job correctly; replacing rotted wood, uneven sills, priming new wood, etc. and never charged us more than the agreed upon price. The garage was left totally clean and tidy after each days work, so we were never inconvenienced. The new windows are a great improvement! Mr. Benoit was very professional and was able to do what was necessary to fix a fascia board that had come off the house in a high wind storm.
