We used WaterScape to build 3 beautiful ponds

Since the installation of our pond, there have been several changes made to improve the original installation. Waterscape has been there for all of them, we depend on them getting the pond open each year and the people we deal with have always been knowledgeable and understanding. Happy we choose them to build and help maintain our pond.

I've been using Waterscape for almost 10 years to open and close my waterfall. They have always been attentive to my water feature.

WaterScape Inc. is a family owned business in South Lyon, MI. Started by the father in 1999, the Team they built over the years demonstrates how a small business can organically grow based on expertise, professionalism and EPIC customer service. They have ALL of the equipment, bobcat, trailers, incredible team, manufacturer certification, tools and knowledge to execute FANTASIC results. Working with Cam, the designer (an artist in my opinion), he nailed a design for a Pondless Waterfall based on illustrations I provided. We went with the Pondless route (constant water flow, no standing water) since mosquitos harvest in our residential, Brighton, MI home facing a wetland.A couple of things I learned since originally I was going to do a “do-it-yourself” project. The larger rocks are 200-300 pounds each (good luck on that one if you want to try). WaterScape installed ADDITIONAL mating which did not come with the usually kit from the manufacturer (this ensures no leakage from the waterfall). Also, the father came out for a visual inspection of the site (very impressive and goes to their EPIC customer service comment above!).I can report since project completion in 2023, we have had no issues, problems or incidents. Being a “no maintenance” kind-of-guy, the only thing we do is put the pump in service in the spring and remove the pump before winter (easy)!If you want to go with the big guys, go ahead. We have had nothing but good work done by the Waterscape staff, year after year. The schedule us into the opening in the spring and come to check promptly if something doesn’t seem right to us. Keep on trucking!

If you want the inexpensive water fall that usually lasts a couple years, then don’t go to Waterscape. If you want a beautiful, professionally installed water feature that will last a lifetime, then go to WATERSCAPE. They excel above all others when it comes to professionalism, end product excellence and a company that stands behind their product. They definitely deserve a five star rating.
