This was my second visit for facial with Ahlam! Ahlam is very professional and has very warm and welcoming personality. You instantly feel so comfortable with her. During my first visit she explained the process in detail. During the facial she asked many times if I was okay. She does not rush through. I can definitely see the improvement in just two visits. The best experience of my entire 4 years of painful waxing lol so surprisingly relaxing and no one should have to go thru any painful waxing especially for women going through postpartum definitely a relaxing procedure please I recommend sugar waxing and staff are so friendly and welcoming especially the lady that did it I forgot her name but please guys definitely recommend this and if it’s your first time no need to fear this will make u want to keep going back I didn’t want the procedure to end it was so soothing I almost dosed off

Went for my appointment yesterday for a bio Micro needling. Alham was very welcoming. She has a great personality and is very kind. I liked how she listened to my concern and said we will talk more about it once we start process. As we progressed into the treatment she explained each step and kept informing what's happening now and what's been used. She also kept asking in between session if i was feeling alright. Also loved how she recommended products and did not force to purchase it. I was given some neck massage where she was kind enough to identify the stiffness of neck and mentioned straight way. Unlike other places if you go for facial and neck massage is part of it they wont mention u have stiffness neck or talk about it they just do their job. I enjoyed my 1 hour treatment and recommendation received. Alham is nice professional and smart. ☺

I got right suggestions to my issues and got pampered with facial and sculpting treatment, which was amazing. Additionally, I took my mum experiencing discoloration and dark spots, Ahlam gave her proper treatment with bio needling. Which is perfect for her skin and is showing visible results from soon after the treatment. Her recommend products are beneficial aswell. Just talk to her about any problem regarding beauty and body etc she will go over and beyond you help you. Honestly, a great place to vist and spoil yourself with amazing beauty and relaxing treatments. Plus Ahlam's kind nature will win your heart ✨.

Really nice lady and beyond over qualified. I got absolutely spoiled and also got medical treatment too for my migraines, for 80 minutes and only $100. Top knotch massage too and I’ve tried everywhere in Auckland. Her husband is a neurosurgeon and is happy to ask advice for you. She helped me identify that my posture was a likely cause and I wouldn’t have known otherwise. My eyebrows are also super cute now and my skin is glowing :)

Went in for a relaxing facial and lash tint and lift, it was so relaxing and Alhum was lovely. My lashes look amazing and my skin feel great! Will be returning for sure, and definitely worth going in if you are thinking about it!
