Working behind the scenes, we are able to really see the care and attention to detail that goes into this "all inclusive" venue, and Rose Hall does not miss a thing! This particular day was a bit rainy, and we were able to watch the guests be escorted to their seats that were dried by staff for them just before seating. These little touches ensure your guests are comfortable and feel very important (as they are). Each guest was provided with a matching white umbrella, which really helped our video footage remain focused on the couple, not 60 crazy colored/ patterned umbrellas in the congregation🙃 I can not stress enough the importance of having a team that makes every effort to address unforseeable issues before they ever even arise. You will not have to think about anything but enjoying your special day here. The vendors, including the DJ, photographer, florist, and videographer, were all professional and knowledgeable. DJ Brennon did an excellent job catering to our diverse musical tastes, keeping everyone on the dance floor. We went to the annual tasting in Feb to pick our food, sat down with them 2 months before the wedding to work out the details, and then they took over. TOTALLY SEAMLESS AND EASY. The staff- Everyone always says your wedding day goes by really fast because there is so much that needs to be done and they are being pulled in every direction. I felt like the staff allowed me to live and enjoy every single moment. They would check on me and my husband throughout the night to make sure we were still ok- When my drink was empty within seconds it would be refilled. They ushered us to the table when everyone was trying to talk with us to make sure we were able to eat. At the end of the night, they loaded all of our stuff up in the car to make sure we didn’t have to worry about it. The DJ played exactly what I wanted him to. The Venue, location and Gazebo- • They have multiple options, I chose the Gazebo, and it looked absolutely gorgeous with a luxurious chandelier, and all the flowers perfectly bloomed, candle lights next to flower bushes lined up down the aisle and an arch covered in roses at the other end of the aisle! It looked like a dream. • The location is in Dallas GA, lots of cabins and ARBNB to rent, and super close to Atlanta for guests to visit. The area is green and gorgeous. The Getting ready rooms- • Girls- There are two getting ready rooms- one comes with the package, other one is for a small extra charge. Both are amazing and beautiful for photos with plenty of space and mirrors and chairs for everyone to get ready. They provided a steamer which was super useful, free of charge! Huge bathroom and changing room and decorative mirrors and stylish chairs. • Boys-The room was nicely decorated and it had a pool table - They had a blast getting ready there! again, amazing photos for the guys. The reception hall- • The bar is located inside grooms getting ready room, it provided them a private area to sit and talk, which my guests really appreciated. • The reception hall itself is like a tent that is surrounded by these beautiful wooden screens that were covered with bushes and white flowers decorate with lights. My family and friends said it reminded them of Italy or France. Very chic, classy, and elegant! The pictures literally look like I flew to Europe and had an expensive classy wedding -the kind you see in vogue magazine. The indoor space- • The indoor space was huge, clean, and beautiful. • The guests’ bathrooms were super clean. Food and catering: • The food was really good, they have plenty of options to choose from and they work with you. Between all caterings we had tried, they had the best food, and they were the most affordable as well. All guests complimented on the food and people went back for seconds! • Cake- the Vendor is called Confection Perfection, you get a tray of 17 flavors and different icings and fillings to try, they give you variety of designs as well. It was super fresh and very deicious. DJ: • I am Iranian and my husband is American, we wanted a mix of both cultures music. The DJ was extremely talented, very professional and had such great attitude and personality. He provided us with a huge list of songs to pick from, and gave him names of all these Persian songs I liked. He did such clean and smooth transition between the songs going from Persian to American! He also paid attention to the dance floor and made sure that everyone was dancing the entire night! WE GOT SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON HIS WORK! Flowers: • They provided a beautiful selection of flowers, however, I had my heart set on this one bouquet that I had seen only 1 image of on the net. I showed that 1 picture to Ms. Lisa – the owner, and told her I’ll be happy as long as it looks close to this, THEY CREATED MY DREAM BOUQUE and made it way prettier than the picture I showed. I was so so so happy!!! And the flower decors they did on the cake looks stunning. They smelled lovely and lasted almost a week and half after the wedding. STAFF: I wish I could hug each and every one of these people again!! They were on top of everything, very kind and polite. I told them last minute that I didn't have a cake topper and my wedding coordinator decorated our cake, so beautifully. They had a smile on the entire time, literally the nicest people! We live in AL and it was difficult for us to drive to the venue, they made themselves available to us via skype. They truly cared to make this our dream wedding. I am a project Manager, so trust me when I say they were the most organized and professional team I have ever worked with. As the bride, I didn’t have to do anything other than show up to my wedding. My florals were beautiful and just what I asked for. The DJ was easy to work with and fun to have. The cake was tasty and beautiful. The set up and tear down was all taken care of before I knew what happened. Don't get me wrong, they were still beautiful but on your special day when your bouquet is not what you requested and it's going to be in all the pictures, it's just a bit disappointing. We also requested that greenery be put on the table centerpieces, and that did not happen. They were still very pretty. Everything really was beautiful. The DJ was awesome but did mess up a few times. All of that being said, none of those things were noticeable to the guests. Everybody had a wonderful time and said how beautiful it was. All I had to find was a photographer, videographer, officiant and photo booth, but a list of preferred vendors was given which was very helpful. A HUGE thank you to Michelle, who kept the communication open and was helpful throughout the entire process. Also, a HUGE thank you to Kaitlyn who was our wedding coordinator, who was on it, so I did not have to stress at all the wedding. Doing our food tasting, cake tasting, and decor picking was so easy. My husband and I attended a wedding at Rose Hall this past Saturday night. While the grounds, food and service were excellent, here are some things that disturbed us. My husband has mobility issues so I dropped him off near the ceremony site. I went to park the car and there were no spaces. For the amount of people the venue can accommodate, the parking is seriously inadequate. I had to park along the road on the side of the venue and when we left, it was pitch black and extremely hard to get to the car. A security guard was parked there, saw us and walked us to our car with his flashlight. The ceremony area did not have enough chairs set up. I watched someone "in authority" come out and ask people to sit on the other side rather than setting up more chairs. . . . Also, it happened to be very hot and humid Saturday night and there was an inadequate number of fans set up. There should be more ceiling fans in the permanent part of the shelter. Less

There is no where else that me and my husband would have rather spent our most special day. We received so many compliments on the beauty of the premises! They have received so many rewards for a reason! But the reason we HAD to write a review was because of the staff! Lisa and Kaitlyn were PHENOMENAL from the first tour of the facility months ago to the final seconds of the event.To top things off their willingness to make your night perfect really takes precedence over everything. It happened to rain during the reception (a huge down pour) and they continued to work so diligently to keep things moving. By the end of the night they were soaking wet from head to toe due to them making sure everything was in place and continued to flow. If you are looking for a beautiful venue run by people who care and who serve out of love please consider Rose Hall Event Center you will not be disappointed. In fact the only thing I can remember is having to switch centerpieces because the tall ones I picked may have been knocked over by wind. And they had so many alternate options, it wasn't a big deal to me. My wedding party was also very happy. We all had such a great time and Lindsey was my day of coordinator. She rocked. I needed someone who could take charge because I knew my group was rowdy. She got the job done. I brought in an outside cake and I used my own photographer, but the food...oh my was it good. We got the pork tenderloin, the pecan crusted chicken and the steak. All the guests raved about the food, the #1 most talked bout food item was the salad with the candied pecans. Do it! The DJ was great. I requested a lot of specific music and let him know ahead of time that my group loved to dance. We ended up ordering an extra hour and Almost our all of our wedding guests stayed until the finale. We had 160 guests and no issues with space or bathrooms! We did the sparklers at the end and it was so fun! Lisa was so accommodating! We had so many people comment on what a beautiful venue it was. The price is unbeatable.
