I never got a car wrapped before so I was new to the whole thing, but I knew that I wanted to protect the paint as best I could. I saw how reputable their services were, so scheduled an appointment. Within 2 weeks of having the car wrapped everything started peeling. Needless to say I was in shock. I uploaded pictures to the staff showing them what had happened, and they too were taken aback. When they got their hands on the vehicle again at the check-up, they stated that it was like the wrap had non-existent glue. They couldn't believe what they were seeing, and said that they would notify their supplier. Not only did they replace everything that was peeling, but they gave me a permanent discount for any future car detailing that I may need. They really did go above and beyond, and I'm grateful for the work they did. It's been over a year now, and everything is still holding up great. Less

However, I was not satisfied with just dropping my car off and just getting the luck of the draw on which technician worked on my car and they couldn't confirm which edges would get wrapped and tucked. I wanted more personalized service and attention to detail and the highest level of workmanship. I got a recommendation from Curnow Reserve to check out Ceramic Pro West who they use on their high end inventory (alot of Porsches). After meeting Cody and Amy and seeing their shop I decided to go ahead with the work. They weren't the cheapest but I think they represent the best quality and value. I ended up doing the full front end, headlights, mirror caps, A-pillars, roof brow, rockers, rear spats and door sills. They also ceramic tinted the windshield and side windows. I went ahead with the windshield tinting to protect the dash and interior from UV and heat damage. They also noticed some minor defects in the factory paint that they corrected prior to me home applying a ceramic coating on the remainder of the car's paint. I've been very pleased with their work and the attention to detail and the great customer service they have provided. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro West.
