Edit 8/18/26 - Had second vehicle taken care of by Soteria, this time with ceramic window tint on 4Runner. Once again Jadyn and team were great from the communication steps from discussing options, quote and scheduling. The team did a great job in tint % on front side windows to match my request then custom matching the back windows with tint on top of factory dyed windows to match.-------Ceramic Pro West did an amazing job applying the Ceramic Pro Ion Silver Plus coating package to my MDX after proper surface prep, paint correction and polish. Jayden was great to work with, starting with the quoting process where she took time to understand what I wanted and did not try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Their quote was substantially less than a competing bid for similar warranty duration and able to complete the process much quicker.They were able to polish out the minor blemishes in the paint from the factory as well as from 4 months of use, making the car look better than when it was new. From drop off to pick up the next day, she clearly explained the process, kept me updated via text and videos and walked me through how to take care of the car after coated.Highly recommend as they delivered an outstanding result.

I brought my car to them to get my windows tinted (side windows and rear windshield). I decided upon the ceramic tint since it blocks heat as well as light. Dropped the car off around 9AM and they were finished around 2PM. Amy, Jadyn, and the technician (who should really be called an artist) were all really kind, understanding, and highly professional. When I came to pick up the car, I was absolutely impressed with how well the work was executed. The tint looks classy and premium. Just be sure to follow the aftercare instructions they provide to the letter; undoubtedly the most important part for lasting quality. Honestly was a wonderful and stress free experience from booking the appointment to pickup at the end.In conclusion, I highly recommend them for any of your paint protection and window tinting needs. Excellent service, top quality work, no stress, and all for a price that doesn’t break the bank. The pricing is clear and concise with no surprises, which takes an enormous amount of stress out of the equation given the current state of the economy and gas prices.Again, I want to thank them for the superior work and seamless experience from start to finish!

I had my 25 Tacoma ceramic coated with these ladies and I’m glad I did. My experience with them was amazing. Next level service from the moment Jayden answered the phone until she handed me the keys. Amy and Jayden answered all of my calls and returned messages quickly. The communication throughout the whole process was incredible. Pictures and videos all the way through. And, they parked my truck inside at night. Jayden was excited to show me my truck and it looks amazing. It was obvious she worked her butt off on it and she was really proud of the way it came out. This company provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. They knew I was moving within a couple days and were able to squeeze me in even though they were so busy. They also redid my tint that I got done from another company. My ceramic coating also looks AMAZING! Their work is the best thing in Kansas City by far and their attention to detail is superb.
