Worth the investment in your health. Was having neck and shoulder pain for years getting in the way of hard workouts and being as active as I wanted. Neck pain/stiffness after a workout became the norm no matter how much stretching I did. After a few weeks following the prescribed exercises I've been able to get back to all of that without the pain I was used to getting afterwards.

I found FitnessTek through an ad on social media. Reading through the info gave me hope that my 60yr old body that could barely move might be fixable. Several surgeries and alot of emotional trauma had crippled me in many areas. I signed up for eval & treatment. By the end of the 1st session I was already feeling significant changes. Kevin is so knowledgeable and an excellent educator who designs a treatment plan that truly demonstrates improvement each time you do them!! Is it uncomfortable? I call it good pain because it's pain that is fixing all the trauma. I am only 3 sessions in and am a totally new person. Pain that MDs couldn't explain and couldn't treat are already disappearing! I have been going to Kevin Votta at Fitness-Tek for M.A.T. to help me with chronic pain I have been experiencing in both of my legs. Because of injuries, my body has been compensating, resulting in chronic pain and weakness. I have tried rounds of PT and medication for symptom relief to no avail. Enter, MAT at Fitness-Tek! Kevin is a master at methodically evaluating my muscular system and identifying where my weaknesses are. He then palpates those specific weak muscles which enables them to start firing again so they can do what they are supposed to do in supporting my joints. That, in addition to targeted isometric exercises I do at home, helps to correct the underlying issues. The result is greater range of motion and much less pain. I am extremely grateful for M.A.T. and Kevin Votta. He is helping me get my life back. In one month, I am experiencing much less pain and greater range of motion than I have had in 4 years. Went to Fitness-Tek after nothing else was working to fix the sharp pains and stiffness in my back. The evaluation and the MAT techniques Kevin used on me worked amazingly well. I have not had one instance of sharp back pain since working with Kevin. I am now able to move freely and not have to take 10 steps to finally stand up straight. The no-impact exercises/ stretches he has me doing are working wonders to build up the muscles that support my weak areas. If you are having mobility issues, I highly recommend going to Fitness-Tek for an evaluation and then treatment.

I’d had pain in my right forearm and elbow for months. It ranged from 2-8 most days and was limiting my daily activities. I had not even finished the first session when it was almost completely gone. I am somewhat of a skeptic and I was totally amazed. In addition, Kevin took the time to explain how his approach worked before the session, and I could clearly see how his treatment was working. I had been dealing with neck pain for 7 years which limited my physical activity. I had cervical spinal surgery and after a year and a half of driving by Fitness Tek, I went online and scheduled a consultation. I was 30+ pounds overweight. After talking with Kevin and realizing his approach was to activate the muscles that had gone dormant while others were working overtime and causing me pain, I was in. There are times I actually experience the benefits during the session. I started in October 2020. I attend 3 one on one 30 minute sessions a week. They go by SO fast! He knows exactly how far to push you and is constantly assessing how you are feeling...body, mind, sleep. He coaches me on my nutrition and is always available for any questions I have. He is my biggest fan and has truly changed my life. I feel stronger than I ever have in my entire life and that is not an exaggeration. I only wish I had contacted him sooner.

I have tears in my shoulder and mornings were excruciating. I could not move my arm. Pain level was 10 of 10. Range of motion was limited. I was amazed that after the first treatment the following morning I was pain free and able get out bed right away.

Kevin has helped my husband tremendously! He has dealt with chronic back pain for 10+ years.
