I really enjoyed my vocal coaching lessons with Selena. Im a recreational singer and was having a problem with my lower register, feeling that Id totally lost it. We sorted out the problem in the first lesson to be honest and I can access all my lower notes again. She's very knowledgable in terms of technique, anatomy and physiology and more artistic elements too - recommended.

Selena is a wonderful and very experienced teacher. As a beginner she explains simply the technical aspects of singing and gently guides you as you start learning the basics of hitting the right notes! She has built my confidence patiently and kindly and after 6 lessons I have a much better understanding of how it all works! Highly recommend

I decided to take singing lessons because I have been playing guitar for several years, but felt under-confident about my voice in any sort of ‘camp-fire’ sing-along situation. I wasn’t even sure if I could sing in tune. Selina is a local singing teacher and she is fantastic. It turns out that I can actually sing in tune, hold notes and project my voice. Selina is supportive, positive and inspirational. She has pitched the lessons all at my level and takes time to get things right. She will say if something is not right and we give it another go. I have made a lot of progress in 4 months of lessons working on breath, resonance as well as songs and musicality. I am much more confident now. The singing lessons are enjoyable, challenging and Selina is very friendly. I thoroughly recommend Selina as a singing teacher and vocal coach.

I have been taking singing lessons with Selena for almost a year now and the amount of knowledge they have is incredible. I've trained in Hindustani Vocal and Selena has been so adaptable. I've learnt a lot of new techniques and processed some trauma related to my past music training. I'm neurodivergent and the most helpful thing was for Selena to meet me where I am as a person.
