I called Sydney Inline Plumbing at 8:00 in the morning to get an indoor gas water heater replaced. The heater arrived at 11:15.Will, the technician from Sydney Inline Plumbing arrived at 11:45 and, despite an interesting flue issue from the original installation in the 1980s, we had hot water by 3 pm. Clean up and take away was perfect.I only used Sydney Inline Plumbing because it was their sticker on the nearly 20 year old heater that was replaced. I am really pleased that I did!

Angus is the best plumber I've ever hired! He's professional, honest, timely and tidy. He carefully explains the job so that there's no surprises. Angus came onsite to provide a quote on Tuesday, the job was booked in by Robin on Wednesday and the job was completed onsite Thursday. This was a large job which involved removal of render and decking to install new outdoor pipework and tapware. I highly recommend Sydney Inline Plumbing!

I can't recommend Richard highly enough. We had a leak coming from under our kitchen sink that ended up flooding the floor, and it was honestly quite stressful trying to figure out what was going on and who to call. From the moment Richard arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced.He took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just jumping straight into a fix. He explained exactly what was causing the leak, showed us the damaged pipe/valve, and walked us through a few different options for repairing it which we really appreciated. It made the whole process feel a lot more transparent and less stressful.What really stood out to me was how much care and effort he put into the job — you could tell he genuinely wanted to do it right, not just get it done quickly. Great workmanship and very helpful as well as being very punctual and explaining everything to me . Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done .

We had a pipe burst under the bathroom sink late on a Saturday arvo. Within about 90min we had Bryce around. He was friendly and had it fixed up in no time for a reasonable price. Both he and the company were no nonsense, easy to deal with, and comms were clear and quick. We'll be getting them back round next time we need any plumbing work done!
