We had a plumbing emergency come up on a Friday evening around 5pm, which is the worst possible timing when everyone’s ready to knock off and start the weekend 🍻. Despite that, the team came out straight away without hesitation.Dean was a living legend — it was a seriously dirty job, but he wasn’t afraid to get stuck in and get his hands dirty to fix the problem properly. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting it sorted, not just doing a quick patch-up.The response time, attitude, and workmanship were all top-notch, especially considering the timing. Huge relief to have it handled so professionally. Would definitely recommend.
