Extremely personable, organized and to the point. No fluff. All personnel were engaging, focused on the job at hand, and competent. Dr. Michael Potter and assistant Desiree are the best among Dentists and Assistants. They are current on all technologies and great at communication. They answered all my questions as I watched them describe the goal which was to give me some new front teeth. The experience was of a family working together with all the new technologies. Put me at ease and very efficient.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Potter and his team at Echo Ridge. I came in with a broken tooth and an infection, and they were able to get me in as soon as possible which I’m incredibly grateful for. Dr. Potter was professional, reassuring, and took great care of me during a stressful situation. The staff at Echo Ridge is really amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind helpful, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find an office that’s efficient and caring at the same time.
