My joined this tuition 3 years ago. Next year being his selective exam year and not being entirely happy with no proper care was taken by the Hoppers crossing branch, I have raised my concern before joining him again this year. I was assured that a proper care and reporting will be done by Karla before i paid for this year and enroll my son. I have paid for whole year and at the end of term 2 was asked to pay an additional $400 for selectice classes. No proper care or reporting was done by them, My sons grades have gone down significantly. When asked they don't have a clue what is happening. I have decided and given them notice that i will discount my son from Term 4 onwards. Got a call from Thuy tried to explain to me trying explain but I wasnt convinced. Still decided to discontinue and when asked for refund, I am told there will be no refund since if i pay yearly fee means the term 4 is free. Firstly Spectrum tution is just mass pulling tuition which provides 3 hours a week class with no proper structure to help out the kids. Secondly like any commercial business they are driven by money not to help students achieve results, as they boast themselves. Thirdly absolutely no responsibility from the management when a concern is raised they will just say things to make you rejoin your kid and pay your hard earned money.
