The Bays team are amazing. They have just an amazing program which has enabled my girls to grow and learn. The girls confidence is sky high and they love coming each week to spend time with their team. Miss Sophia and the team do such a great job making everyone feel welcome and included.

Bays is the best. Of all the extracurriculars my kids have done, this is easily my favourite. The kids have the best time, the community is inclusive and welcoming, and the coaches genuinely care about each child as an individual.When my daughter Chloe started she couldn’t do a cartwheel (we quite literally started with bunny hops to build strength). Now she’s doing so many different skills and tricks, has joined the cheer squad and the confidence she’s gained has been incredible. We’ve gone from one class a week to Chloe insisting on 3.5 hours every Saturday…. which pretty much says it all.What’s been really special to watch is how that confidence in her physical ability has spilled into other parts of her life too.We feel so lucky to be part of the Bays community and can’t recommend it enough.

The walkover master class was a fantastic. I loved being able to spend that time with my kids and my husband. We learnt how to spot the girls so they can practice safely at home. We also learnt lots of stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles needed. It was fun and educational. Thanks so much to Sophia, Chloe and Hannah for the time and dedication put into to running the master class and their kindness and care towards both my daughters each and every week.

My daughter absolutely loves Bays! The coaches are excellent, passionate, technically brilliant and so encouraging. I have seen my daughter develop so quickly, most importantly her confidence has grown. She is always practising at home and wants to go to every possible class each week! Thank you Sophia and team! Both my daughters (4 and 8) are loving the classes. The gymnastics/cheerleading class is super fun and the acrobatic class is my 8 year old daughter’s absolute favourite. She learns very tricky moves, the teachers are very focused on improving their skills each session. Highly recommend it!
