I wanted a deep clean with the possibility of going with a weekly or bi- weekly service. They put me on the schedule with in 24 hours of me calling. The appointment was for 1-2pm, they showed up at 4:30.Thay couldn't finish due to over booking. They said they would come back the following day a 9:00am. Showed up at 10:30. I have a small home, 1000 square feet. They didn't clean the bedroom and area's in the living room that wasn't dusted. This, at best was what I would call a basic cleaning not $385.This company is terrible at coordinating there worker's. Worker's are not thorough. I don't recommend this company.

TLDRPros: fast, open communication, quick availability. Oven, toilets, bath, and sinks gleamed! Blinds looked good, everything smelled amazing.Cons: recommend being home for final walk through, required several touch ups for me to be satisfied, window tracks not completedI’ve never had my home cleaned professionally before, so this was a big splurge. A gift to myself for mental health and time! As a full time working mom of two young kids, I do regular basic cleaning, but the bigger, more random projects have been left undone for a long time. So I spent close to $500 on a deep clean in my small townhouse (South Davis county) that included inside windows, blinds, oven cleaning, and everything else associated with a deep clean - baseboards, doors, window tracks/sills, etc. that I can’t keep up with.When I came home everything looked and smelled great at first glance, but upon inspection there were some issues. All doors and light switches had grime around high-touch areas, dust on every ledge above eye height (picture frames, top of door frames, ledge above shower tile), dusty light fixtures in the bathroom, and the cupboards above the microwave were still greasy. The team completed these touch ups before leaving at my request but stated that these were not normally included in a deep clean. (??)Now a couple weeks later it’s rainy outside and I opened all the windows to let in some fresh air. Today I discovered that every single window track was only cleaned halfway! Apparently the team did not open the windows during cleaning. I didn’t notice earlier so that’s on me, but after paying good money for a “deep” cleaning I am a little disappointed.

I hired them for a move-in clean because of the good reviews. I paid extra for a heavy duty, pet, interior appliances, interior cabinets, and window blind cleaning, spending over a thousand dollars (not including tip). Within 3 hours they told me they were done cleaning. I came a couple hours after they left to see their work. The storage had not been cleaned at all, blinds were still dusty, oven was not cleaned, inside the drawers and cabinets were still dirty, toilets had hair on the sides, lots of dust on some of the baseboards, window sills and ledges, pet hair from previous owner still very visible. No problem, Lilly was actually great at having the cleaners come the next day and do a walkthrough with me of what they missed. The next day, they removed as much of the dirt in the interior window sills, they did a really good job with the oven, floors, countertops, and the toilets. The baseboards, storage and kitchen cabinets were a bit more cleaned up. What they missed were the top parts of the closets (there was a lot of dust and even paper up there), I vacuumed the carpet with my vacuum and the floor had a lot of dust, the bathroom cabinets and drawers still had some hair inside, there were still cobwebs on the light fixtures in the rooms, and the shower still had grime at the top of the metal bar that holds the sliding door in place.Pros: flexibility in scheduling, options to add on services and Lilly having the cleaners come back to clean the things they missed.Update: The owner was very understanding and kind and was able to provide a solution.

Angelica did an amazing job!! She brought a steamer and cleaned the rock fireplace, window ceils, etc. I couldn’t believe how dirty they were! She worked fast and hard! Definitely recommend!!!

Stephanie was a fantastic cleaner. She was very thorough and did everything we wanted done. I had a deep clean service done on my dad's house while he is away. He lives in Layton. This was the first time I used them. I would highly recommend this company for all your cleaning.

I am staying at my place in PC for summer and needed a new cleaner. Real Clean was awful - probably the worst we have ever had. The lady was at my house for 4 hours and didn’t get much done, it was astonishing. She was apologetic on the way out because she didn’t even clean the floors and I had to just ask her to leave. They also charge $350 which is crazy high.

Real Clean has done deep cleaning projects for us in Orem and Saint George. Both jobs went smoothly because of the professional way Lily coordinated things. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with her about what we needed to have done. And the actual cleaning done by Ashli, Sharaya, and Erica was awesome because of their attention to details.

Just had Real Clean back to clean our kitchen and two bathrooms and they did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them and we'll use them again in the future.
