The replies were timely with offers to accommodate my schedule for an onsite visit. I was also given information regarding other venues they might offer.

Super friendly and professional on the booking process. Reassured me on a smooth event and I got exactly that! Super simple instructions to enter and access the venue as well as parking. Truly recommend the space for your next event.

Ordered for a work event for a 5am drop off. Everything was smooth and went as planned especially since I asked for this two days prior. Bbq was delicious and we got lots of compliments!! Specifically on the cornbread and mac and cheese. So delicious! Great service

October 26th I had my very first Babyshower that was very extravagant and over the top! I had 100+ guest and I wanted to be sure my guest were plated and serve at their tables. I hired 3 servers from Taste by the hour which was a referral and was very disappointed. I got one older lady and 2 kids sent to my event (between 13-15 years old). From the beginning I told the older lady how I wanted everything set up and served. I had a menu at each seat that stated starters, entrees and desserts. Only 2 of my 4 starters were served. When I brought it to the server attention she told me She was going to serve the other 2 with my entrees which was NOT what i instructed her to do and my guest were told no when they asked for the other 2 starters! To proceed only 1 boy was serving all 10 tables I had making people wait a long time for my food. On top of that when guest arrived late and asked for a plate the lady told them no!! That was so embarrassing. At one point she told me no!! The person who PAID HER! To top it off only ONE of my entrees were served to my guest meaning no one had jerk pasta only Cajun leaving 3 full pans of jerk pasta in the kitchen at the end of the night going to waste when I specifically asked for both to be taken out so my guest have choice. We spent thousands of dollars on this Babyshower and the only complaints anyone had was about the servers. I called owner to tell her about my experience and conversation was cut short due to her having to go to work. She said she'd call me back and I never received one which was a slap in the face because after all this nothing was made right or done about how horrible the serving experience was and how it effected my event. If you are wanting an elegant and huge event and wanting your guest served I don't recommend. I didn't get what I paid for what so ever. This is more if you want them to just stand behind a table and serve a line of guest for a kids party. Not wedding or big babyshower/event quality
