First off, the Jupiter Peptides team are fabulous. Very prompt communication, assistance, and delivery. I was stoked to find a vendor that offered such amazing customer assistance, a great library of product, but most of all comprehensive testing.My issues is that no Lot/Batch numbers are written on the vials. Obviously this compromises traceability, and limits further third party testing.After contacting them, they were able to confirm that no lot numbers or expiry dates are on the vials and instead they verify your lot number off of their COA’s based on your order number.I’m hoping that they reconsider printing Lot numbers (or a QR code) directly on the vials. At that point l I would then give a 10 star review if possible!!EDIT - I have reconsidered my 2 star review and thought that at very least upgrading to 4 was reasonable! My experience was certainly better than "not good". My apologies for the rash 2, I was just super disappointed in the moment after spending so much time trying to find a distributor that offered testing and medical standard QC practices. I do still hope Jupiter will put Lot #s or QR codes on their vials in time as the company matures :)
