Unfortunately our boiler decided to pack in without notice a couple of weeks ago so we did a search and found Lloyds Plumbing and Heating based in Porthmadog. As they were just up the road, and had great reviews, we contacted them and were pleased when Dafydd came out and assessed the damage, talking us through what was needed for a repair etc. We asked about a new boiler and were quoted a competitive price, so the boiler was ordered and installed by Dafydd over a couple of days. After installation, Dafydd talked us through the operation, timers, guarantee process etc and contacted us a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. We can only echo everyone else and give him 5/5 for his professionalism as well as being a genuine nice guy.
