Janet Alder is amazing! Janet helped us sell two houses in Safford, AZ while we were living in Colorado. She did all the things you would expect from a great realtor, like finding good comps to determine the most competitive selling price possible, suggesting improvements and repairs to make the homes more attractive, and coordinating with home inspectors, appraisers, buyer's agent, title company, etc. But she also did so much more to make it as easy for us as possible. She dealt with difficult tenants who were moving out of the homes before they could be sold. She essentially acted as our general contractor, bringing in specialists for carpeting, painting, roofing, general repairs, landscaping, cleaning, and trash removal. She sent us pictures of paint, carpet, and flooring samples along with her recommendations so that we could choose the updated look for each house. She shared many interior and exterior "before & after" photos so that we understood what needed to be done and also how all the projects turned out. She always acted as our advocate, helping negotiate the sale itself but also getting us the best prices through her network of contractors and local companies. I really can't say enough good things about working with Janet!
