I searched the internet on Saturday morning as I had a painful eye.After speaking with Cowan Morgan receptionists I was put at ease and an immediate appointment was given.My eye treatment was diagnosed and treated professionally much to my relief, I was so grateful.Then to my surprise I went to pay and he said no charge!!!I would highly recommend this optician.

I have been going to Cowan & Morgan for quite some time now I always find them excellent from receptionist right through the eye test & help choosing spectacles if necessary & importantly you are not pressured into paying for new spectacles at every visit like some opticians I would definitely recommend them

Always a fantastic experience when going for eye tests and glasses. Very understanding and patient. My prescription takes a few weeks to be made up due to the nature of my eyes. I’m always kept informed and staff try their best to keep me informed on any delays. Being using Cowen & Morgan for over 40 years wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service is second to none and patients always put first. So pleased with having a pair of prescription sunglasses that are both fashionable and comfortable.

I spent a long time trying to find frames that fit me, visiting the big opticians such as spec savers and boots but to no avail. I then happened to pass Cowen & Morgan in Ripon so thought I'd pop in. The staff are amazing! They had a frame that fit but I wasn't keen on the colour, so they went out if their way to contact their suppliers to find me the same frame but in a standard black format. Their care and attention to detail is superb. I purchased the frames and lenses from Cowen & Morgan and they were ready to collect in less than a week. Fantastic service from all of the staff, I can't recommend them highly enough!
