I got my nails done here. They use good products and are very safe. I got mine with Sarahi. She is patient and listens to what you want. She is great with her shaping and minute designs. She used a pink powder? So when she did the milky white polish it wasn’t even and see through after a 3rd layer, looked ugly. I had to change it to a dark solid color. Also 10$ for coffin shape- on my short uneven nails… and we didn’t have time for a pedicure where she asked if I can just come back for that. Anyways idk if I’d go back, maybe try someone else but looks like a nice salon overall with a great receptionist. Less

Terrible. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I received a call 2 hours before my appointment asking if I could come in an hour later then another call 10 minutes later asking if I could come in right then and there. I decided to accommodate the shop and go anyways. I shouldn’t have. I asked what kind of glue was being used to apply the lashes and none of the techs knew. I needed to know if they were latex free. They went with a sensitive adhesive since they didn’t know. I asked for a medium natural set but was told I didn’t have enough lashes for natural and they would be applying a 40 volume instead. After being on the table an hour and half I was excited to see the finished product. At first I couldn’t really see. The corners of my eyes were stuck together. There were a few lashes glued to my bottom lids. Once the tech finished cleaning those up my lashes look decent. I go to pay and they were running a promotion half off services. I already paid a $25 deposit and was charged another $57 dollars. My tech rung me up and was apprehensive about it since the receptionist was on lunch. Off I go instructions in hand. The card say no sweat, water, etc for 24 hours but my tech told me 48 hours. I live 30 minutes away. Before I got home I had at least 4 lashes stuck in my eyes. When I arrived home I immediately took a nap. Once I woke up from my nap I felt a few more lashes hanging on for dear life. Well I followed directions to the tee for no reason. Four days later and I have lost half the set on my right eye and the left is getting there. It seems like every time I blink I lose a lash. They gave me a brush for my lashes and even when I brush they come out. Don’t know if it’s the glue but I won’t be back. They said return in a few weeks for a fill but at this rate I’m going to need a whole new set. I am super disappointed considering my friend raved about this place. Well she raved about the one in Moreno Valley. Obviously they are not the same. Maybe it was my tech or maybe the reviews are so good because they are giving away an Amazon gift card for a review. Nevertheless, disappointed. I thought I could get at least a week out of these. Less
