ZeroMold is an outstanding company, incl Roy Thomas III as the manager of the northern VA area. I highly recommend this company for mold remediation/removal. Roy was the only agent who came to my home with more than a moisture control device. He had an IAQ hand held device to measure airborne particle levels in both the affected area and entire home. He is a true expert and can describe in detail the six stages of mold remediation incl how his company addresses and remediates during each phase. The website is outstanding and lays out textually and via pictures all remediation and testing protocols unlike other websites performing mold removal etc. Roy Thomas is a strong communicator, very professional, and passionate about his company so I immediately had trust in him. Roy from ZeroMold came to our home to assess our mold problem. We had mold on the walls in our basement bathroom, on the the HVAC system and the ductwork in the basement and on the side of the ductwork in the basement's bedroom.
