Sherri Echols went above and beyond helping my brother sell his house in College Station. Family members had been living in the house and left it in an awful mess. I initially chose Sherri Echols based on the online presence she demonstrated with her other listings, her reviews by others and how she came across at our first meeting, which was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. But I especially liked how attentive she was when I explained what was important to me, regarding the sale. She remembered this throughout our interactions. I really felt heard and understood. We moved very quickly to get the house on the market after some staging and a photo and video shoot. We had enough offers after 5 days of showings that no additional showings were needed. This short time showing the house was really helpful to me since I was packing everything up for an out-of-state move. We closed within 1 month + 4 days of the house going on the market. Sherri did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent re: closing details which included repairs. Sherri was also helpful to me after I left town, taking care of some loose ends at the house. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Sherri is a thorough and dedicated realtor. I recommend her wholeheartedly. Since my original post last month, there have been a couple of things I've needed to follow up on regarding the house I sold. Since I moved out of the state, I contacted Sherri and she was ready, willing and able to help.
