My husband and I owned 36 acres about 30 miles outside of Bryan. When we decided to put the land on the market, Sherri researched the comps and helped us decide on a fair asking price. Sherri spent a lot of time driving out to the property and walking around the place with potential buyers. After a couple of months we did get an offer that was quite a bit lower than our asking price. Again, we relied on Sherri's experience and heeded her advice when she recommended not taking the low offer and wait until another buyer comes along. And they did!
