I highly recommend Perez Roofing. They came out very quickly and gave me an estimate. They gave me several options but were not at all pushy. They came back the next week and did the job. In one day they ripped off the old shingles and put on a new metal roof. They did a great job and my roof looks awesome. They cleaned up very well after themselves even walking around the yard with magnets making sure there weren't and nails or screws in my yard. I am very happy with my new roof.

Outstanding service! These guys came over after business hours yesterday to give us an estimate, then called me around noon today to say they could do our roof today, and they were on their way. They did a full tear off, repaired some spots in the decking, installed new shingles and flashing over a covered deck in four hours! And at a very fair price. I highly recommend Perez Roofing.

If I could give more stars I would. Called them for an estimate they made arrangements to come when I'd be home. Gave amazing estimate on full roof replacement and for patch repairs. His guys came out and took care of the job in a fast timely matter. Took care of everything at an amazing price. Definitely recommend them and if the need ever comes I'll be using them again.

I have had several roofers give me estimates for sealing gaps used by squirrels to sneak into the attic. I received a fair estimate from Sergio Perez and an excellent job was performed by Cecil Perez and his crew. They used a blower when finished and cleaned off the roof. I was totally impressed by these workers and this company and recommend them to everyone with roof issues!
