When the IV first started I was feeling a cooling and burning sensation at the same time, I paged the nurse who came in immediately asked me questions and was able to fix what was causing the discomfort. It was nothing that they had done, I just needed a slower flow due to my smaller veins, it was nice to learn that about myself. Her attentiveness made me feel very comfortable knowing she really cared about my overall experience and making sure I was comfortable. She kept coming in to check on me as well. I HIGHLY recommend getting a membership, if nothing more than to have access to the full body massage chairs during treatment. They are heavenly!! It was a bit chilly in the infusion area, but they offer cozy socks, blankets and a pillow to help you warm up and relax. I left feeling awake, energized, hydrated and ready to tackle the day.
