The staff from the front office to the Doctor were very nice. Not so fond of the wait time to be seen after my appointment time. Waited in lobby for almost 40-45 minutes.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Zhao and his staff. Surgery was scary but Dr. Zhao and his staff were very kind and assured me that I was in good hands and I was.

Dr Zhuo done a great job with my shoulder repair replace my rotator cuff but someone dropped the ball from the staff. I never got to do any physical therapy because the signature never was faxed over to the facility I was going to.
