The office staff is so nice and do a good job, especially put into these types of situations beyond their control. The wait is awful! Why schedule all of these patients if you are going to make them wait for an hour and a half and still another patient is ahead of us, had to leave because we had another doctors appointment. The office staff was nice and accommodating/refunded what we paid. The wait is horrendous. A day of work missed for nothing, and now will have to miss time from work to schedule another appointment.

I saw Dr. Rushing. He messed up my hammer toe surgery. It did not take care of the pain, it hurt worse and the pain still, after over a year, shoots all the way up to my hip. My toes went back to being crooked. After all the trouble I never had the toes on the other foot done. Every time I went in I could hear the staff laughing and playing. Long wait time too. One time after 2 hours I decided to leave.

Dr. Rushing is a great doctor. The wait time was longer than expected but it’s probably because he takes him time to explain and make sure you understand what needs to be done. Glad we found him.
