Dr. Kramer was great to work with. When I first reached out about scheduling a hearing test due to my tinnitus recently worsening a bit, my schedule wasn't very flexible. Despite her own busy schedule, Dr. Kramer worked to find a time and date that worked well for me and that wasn't very far out.The hearing test itself went smoothly. Dr. Kramer was clear about how everything would proceed and when the test was over, she walked me through the results not just relaying that everything looked okay but also explaining how results showed there were no concerns about my hearing.Since I'd mentioned my tinnitus was the result of poor or no ear protection at concerts and loud events, Dr. Kramer also gave me information about custom ear plugs, which were lower in cost than I expected ($250) and had fun options for customizing color. I decided to move forward with that and she was able to get the molds done right then and there and set clear expectations about when I could expect everything back and how we'd proceed once the ear plugs arrived.Overall, it was a great experience.
