Wasn't impressed with the food at this location. Service and atmosphere was good, but good was bland, and not great. The other Puerto locations are much better.

Though they made our orders wrong they quickly fixed it. The waitress was very attentive and kind. There is alot of Mexican joints in town but I think it's the best on service and food.

Always great food. We are from out of town visiting Ball Stare and go here because we know they are consistent with all the flavors of their food. I look forward to coming here.

Absolutely horrible, anyone that has had real mexican food or even good tex-mex would hate this place. Let's start with service, made a reservation 2 weeks prior, informed them we would have 15-20 guests, they offered us a table for 15 saying a larger group without a reservation arrived before us and got the banquet room we requested. 22 people arrived which made seating difficult. The hostess and management dropped the ball on this one. The wait staff was great, the were always checking on our party.Now for the food, I ordered the Puerto Vallarta fajitas (beef, chicken, shrimp)for two. It was practically a vegetarian dish, made 4 tacos and ran out of meat. And a complete lack of spices, they were so bland all you could taste was the butter they put in the pan, no salt, no pepper, no cumin just butter. I may be biased, I have been raised on real mexican food and lived in plenty of towns with a large migrant community, but this was beyond bland even for a gringos palette. Ordered margaritas, and watch them pour them straight out of a gallon jug of premix. Others in the party complained of the same. They even removed the toilet seats from the mens restroom. Will not return
