Fantastic company from start to finish.Still supporting me after purchase and answer any silly questions I have night and day, Cath is superb at training and honestly her knowledge is second to none, she is on hand to answer anything and no more than a call away. Rebecca who I had initial contact with, gave me so much advice on how to get started, Nathan who delivered my device and FaceTimed me personally to talk me through set up. I bought the lumiere noir laser hair removal machine end of 2025, I was so impressed with the level of care, training, commitment and quality of the machine from Sculpt Pro Aesthetics that I have recommended friends to purchase machines as well! I’ve just placed an order for my 2nd machine and honestly, I won’t be done there. If you are considering this company for any of their machines then do it! You won’t regret it, i promise.
