Liam went above and beyond to help us out! We had been quoted nearly $9,000 by another plumbing company for a replacement that turned out to be completely unnecessary. The previous plumbing company had also left our building with an illegal bypass in place.Liam took the time to explain everything to us and was incredibly informative, honest, and thorough. After inspecting the system, he determined that we simply needed to refurbish our existing backflow rather than replace it, since these systems can have a lifespan of around 25 years.He took care of everything that day and was able to come back and install it the next morning. After dealing with multiple companies and getting completely different answers, it was such a relief to work with someone who was knowledgeable, honest, and wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. We really appreciate Liam and would absolutely recommend him!
