I had a horrible habit (38 years +) of biting my nails and the skin around them. Nothing worked throughout my life. Decided to try hypnotherapy, and I am so glad I did. My only question is why it took me so long to try this!!! It took only 3 sessions with him and I have zero desire to bite. I don't even think about it anymore. Amazing!!

I enjoyed every minute of my hypnosis session with Shane.I appreciated that Shane took me to a deep space of my subconscious mind, where I can let go of my everyday attachments and habitual thinking patterns. He then served 3 metaphorical stories, each one served powerfully for my experience.
