Had a quote done, install scheduled and nobody showed up for the install or called or anything.UPDATE:Below pic text message is the response I got from them. Not much investigation needed, they dropped the ball. They not getting my business as I've found plenty other plumbers who have people that work for them that actually know how to schedule. I'd pay more for for someone thats shows up when they say instead of me wasting my time any money waiting on them show.

Lawrence Plumbing works relentlessly to fix the issue without over charging. They’re honest, transparent and reliable! My washer would flood my basement with water coming up from the floor drain every time I did a load. I had 4 different plumbing companies come out to try to fix it and they all failed. I even replaced the main sewer line since three of the companies suggested that. One of the companies that suggested that actually ended up replacing it and when I called to tell them it was still backing up and that the replacement didn’t help at all, they pretty much said it must be coming from an inside pipe and never came back. The guys at Lawrence Plumbing picked up the pieces, thought outside the box and fixed the issue professionally. They also replaced my hot water heater in a timely matter when it went out. Being a first time home owner and a woman, I’m only calling Lawrence Plumbing from now on!!!

No one wants to replace a leaky hose bib in the winter, but that’s what I had to do. From beginning to end I was impressed with advice, concern and quality of work. Even thinking down the road if there was the need to replace again. Thanks Nate!
