Laura is super professional and very friendly. My brows were tattooed many years ago and still have lots of pigment, I went to Laura to discuss refreshing and she was honest from the start, she said I wouldn't get a great result until they had faded a lot more. She said she could recommend a clinic for laser removal if I decided on that route, then return to her for a fresh start. She spent plenty of time explaining options but still refunded my deposit anyway.Well done and thank you Laura!
