Kasey and his crew did an excellent job building our sunroom for us. We hired Kasey twice and have had a good experience both times. Around four years ago, we asked Kasey to build a screen to keep bugs out of our patio and this year we asked him to help us convert the patio into a sunroom. We are delighted with how it has turned out.

If you’re looking for a dedicated and professional team for any of your home outdoor projects, Kasey and his team will deliver! I asked for a sunroom with as many windows as possible, and they went above and beyond expectation.The structure was supposed to be aluminum, but my lovely HOA denied the request so they had to adapt the material to match the house. They did it perfectly and Kasey even threw in a window AC unit for me! Jordan and Dominick were such hard workers that also answered any and all questions I had when they were working.Would highly recommend this company for any house additions you are thinking of!

Kasie’s staff is top notch. Sean worked with us on the design and it was exactly what we wanted. Daniel came to our home in the morning; worked diligently screening in our covered back porch. The man truly is amazing. Our screened porch is absolutely beautiful and I find myself staring at it and wondering how one man could have done the job so well by himself and made it look like it came from House Beautiful. We also asked Sean if they might be able to add a short railing to the steps leading up to the porch. Mike came out a few days later with a wrought iron railing that almost exactly matches our back fence. He too was great and did a terrific job. If you need anything done, you should definitely call Landmark. You honestly can’t do better.

From the start to finish I'm very happy with the results. Kasey discussed over the phone my specific requests and helped me come up with a design I was happy with at a competitive price. During the installation Mike took the time to make sure every detail was taken care of. I also have some construction background and was impressed with Mike's craftsmanship. Definitely would recommend Landmark if you're looking for a professional built patio at a fair price.

Kasey and his team were great to work with. We initially went through a few ideas about a working space we wanted to build, and Kasey was able to help us come up with a plan as our needs changed. We eventually settled on building a small, detached office space, but also had Kasey help us extend our patio and replace some windows in our house. Finding reliable contractors has been difficult, so we decided to use Landmark as much as we could. We are super pleased and have recommended Kasey to our friends. We hope to work with Kasey again in the future.
