It was challenging to find a company that would repair a fiberglass roof. Thankfully, we found AOF. They are very friendly and professional - from the customer services to the sales folks to the onsite workers. They were very patient with us, addressing all of our questions and working with us to schedule a repair date. They were careful not to dirty the house as they came and went, and everyone was very courteous. The repair looks amazing. Highly recommend AOF.

Fiberglass roofing services seem a bit limited in the city and I was elated to have chosen Alpha & Omega. First off, their customer service reps are very friendly and professional. Making the appointment was very simple. Their rep arrived on time for the inspection and estimate and gave a reasonable quote that was good for 30 days.I actually went beyond the thirty days before choosing them for the repairs. They showed up on time. They set up and made all the necessary repairs quickly. They also cleaned up after.Upon inspecting the finished product, I was very satisfied. These ladies (in customer service) and gents performing the work are fantastic and the finished product was amazing. I totally recommend them!!

The team replaced stucco on the back of my house with vinyl. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and they kept the worksite very tidy! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with AOF. Orlando came quickly for a quote and knew what needed to be done. Quote was reasonable and included stucco repair. By comparison, I got two other quotes - one company took more than a week and half to come and didn't even send a quote. Another company just did it over text. Both the other quotes were crazy and of course other roofers love to bash on fiberglass...ok thanks. A few other companies I called wouldn't even repair a fiberglass roof.The office staff calls and responds to email within a day. I had everything scheduled in short order. No deposit required. A crew of 4 (or 5?) came to do the roof and they did a great job. On top of that our house has carpeted stairs (4 floors to the roof), and they took their shoes off each and every time to go up and down, at my request.Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
