Orlando, the project manager, fit me into his schedule on very short notice. Jose, who managed the team onsite, was trustworthy, clean, efficient, and professional. They provided a beautiful roof deck to me for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a beautifully crafted and functional roof.

My South Philly rowhome had leaking fiberglass balconies that was causing water to get into the house. Alpha and Omega was great to work with - they were responsive, they were thorough, and their pricing was reasonable. Given their experience working with fiberglass I highly suggest reaching out to them for any issues with fiberglass surfaces!

We used AOF to repair a leak from the fiberglass roof above our bathroom that we experienced from the snow that took forever to go away in February. We had to wait for the snow to melt and the subsequent storms to pass, but Orlando came out and identified the issue was likely in the siding. He also looked at the rest of the roofdeck and balcony and identified a couple areas that were cracking. Since we were right at the point a reseal would be warranted we decided to do a repair and reseal. While Orlando recommended the reseal, he did not push us to do it and left it to us to do either just the repair or the repair and reseal. The office staff were great with answering our questions and communicating whenever rescheduling was necessary. Orlando also recommended storm doors, which I probably should have listened to, as we had water damage from the July rains and now plan to have AOF back out to install the storm doors as well.

AOF were very easy to work with from the beginning. We noticed a leak from our fiberglass balcony into the room below and needed a quick repair before more storms caused more damage. Orlando and Dave were very helpful during the initial inspection and took the time to explain their recommendations. As with most new builds, corners were cut during the initial installation of the parapet caps on the balcony and this is where they indicated the leak is most likely coming from… wild because I never would have guessed it was the walls and not the repairs previous owners have made on the balcony. The crew arrived on time and completely replaced a section of the floor, redid the parapet caps and recoated and refinished the entire surface. It looks incredible and the soft spot we had on the floor is gone. Most importantly -- 3 months later and no leaks. Thankful for the fast, reliable service when you need it!

Wish I could give 6 stars - the entire process was fantastic. There is likely no better company for roofdeck repairs and maintenance in the area. They will be getting all of my business going forward.

Alpha and Omega Fiberglass is top notch. I am a property manager for a number of HOAs/condominiums in Philadelphia which have fiberglass roofs. Alpha and Omega are reasonably priced, highly skilled, professional, deliver excellent results.
