He approached each part of the process courteously, calmly and professionally, sending me reminders, arriving on time and adapting immediately to my house. We had a bad tap leak that flooded most of downstairs of our offices, i found Royal Cleaning filled in question sheet on site. Alex was in contact within a hour, next day he checked site to see what was required, in seeing the severity of the flood Alex got us booked in next afternoon.
