I had a cleaning project that was very overwhelming, and didn't believe it could be done. It required not only deep cleaning but disinfecting among other things. I searched and searched and found Elite Management and Janitorial Services. I spoke with Gene and Mathieu and described the job. They made me feel at ease, but I was saying to myself, you haven't seen it yet and wondered if there point of view would change once they came to the site. They came to the site the very next day, and their confidence was unwavering that they could still take this project on... I watched Elite Management come to the site like Gladiators going to war......I couldn't believe the results, they went above and beyond. They saw other things that needed to be done that was not included in the price, and they just did it.... 1 week later, I hired Elite Management again.....AND ONCE AGAIN THE SAME RESOUNDING RESULTS.... I can not write this review without mentioning Chantel....who like Gene and Mathieu, had my best interest every step of the way!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!

House did not look clean after i ordered the cleaning. Had to put all my stuff back. Paid 414 for them to wipe my walls and baseboards. They damaged a few items. They were very nice but I expected my 1-bedroom apartment to at least look clean.
