I was sure I was going to need hip surgery. Could barely walk due to hip pain. Becca diagnosed problem quickly and got right to work on correcting it. Full recovery doesn't happen overnight, but felt so much better after first visit. I would highly recommend before considering any joint surgery let Becca and team take a look and see if PT. My son had a baseball injury, and he worked with Emily on strengthening his shoulder and back muscles. Within a couple sessions his pain was gone. She also helped him strengthen muscles for swimming. We love RecoverRx KC! Definitely would highly recommend for anyone, even kid athletes!

Doing physical therapy with Emily has been truly life-changing. I have gone through multiple rounds of physical therapy with other physical therapists and on my own and I have never had such a good and immediate result. We were referred to Becca after my daughter had knee surgery to repair a dislocated meniscus. Becca started therapy with my daughter right away and has been fabulous through the whole process. She has pushed her when needed, is gentle when it's required, and has been her biggest cheerleader through her continued recovery! Two months later, I had to have shoulder surgery so naturally, I went with Becca to handle my PT as well and have the same experience. Becca is excellent when it comes to communication, being available to answer questions, and is genuinely interested in your recovery! I will recommend Becca to anyone I know as she has been nothing but amazing with myself and my daughter.

I've been seeing Josh for years for chiropractic, graston, dry needling, and the like, and I really rely on him to keep me moving and feeling healthy. I call him my "mechanic" because he can always seem to find the source of pain and injuries from running, golfing, office work, and just general aging.He and Becca also helped me with physical therapy on a shoulder injury that I was concerned would lead to surgery. With their help, though, none was needed.

I started with Josh a few months ago with severe upper back/neck pain. His knowledge of many treatment options has made a HUGE difference. Dry Needling, specific stretches, manipulation and other techniques I dont know the names of have given me back quality of life. He changes it each time based on my current condition. I came in sore from a workout the other day and he suggested I try the air leg massage boots...that was heavenly! I'm a client for life.

Josh is a phenomenal chiropractor who not only knows what he is talking about, but takes the time to make sure each and every patient truly understands how to move better and feel better in their day-to-day activities and movement.Becca is the absolute best at what she does as well! She cares so much about each patient and is the best physical therapist I’ve ever seen or been to. Why suffer unnecessarily? That’s what I did, thinking my knee pain was going to somehow magically go away, months of that nonsense! The best thing I did for myself was to ask somebody who knows more than I do! You know, like an expert? I am over the moon with the results of my care from RecoveryRX and I AM recovered. It’s about learning what you did not know before. Joshua educated me and encouraged me. I wasn’t expecting the encouragement part which was the part my soul needed.
