Do not deal with these guys.This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.I signed my contract in December and spent the following months chasing them repeatedly just to get updates. Every time I contacted them, I was given excuse after excuse. After all that, I finally received an installation date for 2 July.Then, at 8:40 pm the night before the installation, a truck turned up at my property completely unannounced, expecting to unload equipment. I refused because it was far too late at night and told them they'd have to come back in the morning.I was then told the truck had returned to Coffs Harbour, but nobody could tell me when my equipment would be redelivered or even when I'd receive a new installation date. After waiting since December, that level of disorganisation is simply unacceptable.I now completely believe the other negative reviews, as they closely match my own experience. The only reason I stayed with Pioneer Solar for so long was to secure the larger solar rebate that was available last year. Otherwise, I would have changed companies months ago. Looking back, I regret that decision. I could have had a fully functioning solar system by now instead of wasting months dealing with this company.Communication has also been extremely poor. On multiple occasions, I had to call from a different phone number because the person I believe is the owner, Rahul, appeared to be screening and ignoring my calls, yet would answer immediately when I called from another number.If this is how they handle the installation process, I have absolutely no confidence in what their after-sales support would be like.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pioneer Solar to anyone.This version is firm and factual, which tends to be more credible and reduces the risk of making statements that could be challenged.

They were very busy with the Rebates etc. I was after a battery. They recommended one, I researched it and was happy enough with it. 6-8 week installation became nearly 10 but that was OK. Communication was very good leading up to installation day. Battery only been in not quite one day but VERY happy with the Installer and the Companys' texts back and forth to me. So far it has been fantastic.

Pioneer solar from sales to install has been great, highly professional and efficient. Unlike other vendors they did not try to sell over sized equipment but understood the background usage. Each one of the team, we spokeb with were supportive and helpfull. No friction at all Highly reccomend and the best part they are also the best priced.

This is the worst Solar Battery Company ever. We had nothing but lies and more lies for months Rahul kept his Lies going for over 7 months lots of promises until he stopped answering the phone calls. he past his phone over to woman in office who did not do any better made out she would get this sorted out for us but never did. To this day we still have no idea what happened we had finance sorted out ready to go he just let us down badly. Don’t walk Run away from him and his Lies

I just want to provide an update to my Google review one week ago. The owner replied swiftly to my Google review but to date, not one phone call, text or email from them. I tried calling them, left messages and so far not one reply from them. As I said in my previous review, this company promises but does not deliver. I tried calling them to get my deposit back. I just hope I will get my deposit back so I can move on and go with another reputable company. I guess I will just have to keep posting a review every week until I hear from them.

I went with the more expensive package 20 year warranty according to sales rep.. $18k after rebate. Was told german parts and quality. Was surprised that I got a Chinese inverter installed. Was told by Russell (installer) "everything is made in China theses days 😆" and that the sales rep don't know what they are talking about "... Inverter broke down after 4 years still under 5 year warranty. However once I told them I need a the inverter replaced under warranty. Pioneer solar company stopped answering my calls. I would go straight to message bank ( after my first call). I have left several messages over the past 3 months. I have had no response. Clearly this companies word and warranty means nothing to them. I choose them as they are local and had been in the industry for 10 years thinking they would honour their word and warranty. However they don't. I would not recommend or use them ever again. I've ended up using another company to fix pioneer solar system problems which has cost me more $$$. Don't make the same mistake as me. I suggest you choose another company.

Lovely people but wondering about organisiation. Its been 17 weeks since paying deposit and contract, and still no date for installation. Ive been calling and the lovely voice on the phone can't really tell me anything.Update-after 24weeks have got my deposit back.

I bought a solar system that was comprised by solar panels, two inverters and a battery from them. The installed the system wrong and is not working properly. The battery gets discharged on its own every day. The manufacturer confirmed that this is an installation issue.Pioneer Solar has the worst (I mean non existent) customer service. For 3 months I been trying by phone and email to get someone on the line to come and fix the system. No replies from them. Took the money and ran. I had to escalate to Customer Affairs Victoria and still no luck. I will have to go down the legal route to try and get my money back.In a market with many solar installation companies there is no reason to choose this one. They are the worst and you are setting up your self for many years of pain. Do not do it.

16 solar panels fitted plus an inverter and extra work done to my meter box so we could hook up a generator but has never worked from the beginning and weren't interested in fixing told them I may have been interested in a battery oh we'll get someone out to fix it ....but still nothing so once they have your money they're not interested

Laura was not only super helpful but also extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with confidence, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the product and the customer like she does.I ended up canceling my contract as after 4 months of poor communication from the owner I still did not have an install date.

He was able to provide answers to technical questions, helped me when sorting out financing options and assisted in ensuring all the monitoring technology worked appropriately.Greg the installer and his team were efficient and quick and able to answer any and all questions.All of the above already gets them 5 stars but they are also very competitive in pricing beating out any other similar product quote I got.I 100% recommend Pioneer Solar.
