Peter and team are very responsive , they were right on the roof leak problem that could not be identified by a reputed company after 3 attempts to fix in 2 years. Peter and team did the inspection and figured out the issue , took pictures and let me know how much to fix , it was less than 1/3rd of some name that didn’t even fix the issue to only wait for next year rains to see the issue again. they have worked on 3 different problems and work is clean, they don’t give overestimates and reasonable pricing . happy to have met them on nextdoor !!!

Birds were on our roof and under our solar panels. They caused a roof leak. We got some quotes from roofing companies and their prices were crazy. We read reviews about Gotham and called them up. Peter responded right away. He came out and gave us a price. It was much lower and we could tell that his team had a lot of experience with this type of work by the way he spoke and he showed us pictures of our roof and other jobs the did like ours. His team came and did the job well. Very rare to meet people nowadays that actually do what they say they will do Job was done ontime and we have a warranty as well. I personally recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Gotham Home Services were awesome! I couldn’t be happier with their work. We had a terrible pigeon poop problem on our roof and backyard. Peter and Miguel came out, installed netting around the base of our solar panels, used a blower to clean out the bird poop underneath our solar panels. Added spikes to key perching areas on our roof. They also thoroughly cleaned out our gutters. And as a bonus, without even asking they washed our solar panels for free! All done within a few hours and the most reasonably priced out of several different quotes that I received. I would without a doubt, definitely use their services again.
