Was a client for 8 years. They damaged the finish on my dishwasher, fixed it, then told me they were dropping me as a client because I cost them too much. The dishwasher was around $150 to repair as it was just the front plate. 1000s of dollars over 8 years I paid them, and that's their loyalty. Pretty idiotic business plan. I'll find a company that doesn't blame the client when they admitted fault.

I made a specific request for them to vacuum under the couch. That was one of two things that was most important to me. I asked them when they got here if they would do it to confirm it would be done. They said that they would. I should have checked before they left... It wasn't done.They charged about $1 per square foot which seemed pricey so I expected it to be done right. Just make sure you check their work before they leave. I had to ask them to wipe down the sink and clean the toilet as well.
