We were so pleased that Neil was back in the High Peak for several weeks as this allowed us to do some training with him and our cocker spaniel Hattie. The training offered exceeded our expectations. We wanted loose lead training and Neil's kind and calm approach meant he was without us knowing also putting building blocks in place for recall. After a handful of sessions not only was Hattie walking nicely, we even managed a session off the lead. We would not have had the confidence to have her off the lead if ut wasn't for Neil. Hattie now enjoys a run around the park off the lead. We absolutely recommend Neil.

When starting to write this review, it asks "what do you recommend about Kims Creature Cuts".. We would say everything!!.. It was lovely to meet Kim when she came to help our poorly 12 year old long haired chihuahua, Archie. I explained to her that he has congestive heart failure, a partially collapsed trachea and arthritis. He gets nervous and scared around strangers, which is a worry for us because of his heart. Archie hasn't always been nervous like this, we feel it has something to do with a bad experience he had with an angry vet, some years ago... Archie was needing to have his nails, paws, tail and pants cut. He has never had a full groom and to be honest never will, we love the way his fur grows. We didnt want any of his fur around his ears, face, legs etc cutting. I'm the only person who has ever bathed Archie, but my ill health and disabilities are now making it too unsafe to continue. He has his own baby bath and loves to get into it, quickly lying down in the nice warm water to soak his achy joints. Kim listened to all of this plus my concerns and worries for him, and I mean she really listened.. and I felt she completely understood me too. She made some very good suggestions for Archie, and said that she would send pictures and videos of his time with her, which we felt was a really good idea. We noticed that when Kim first came into our home, Archie was fine around her, didnt seem nervous or scared even giving her his teddy and a few kisses.. that tells us a lot. Kim completely put our minds at rest, he happily went with her and when she brought our Archie back, he looked amazing and smelt so divine. She must have totally relaxed him massaging his face head and body etc, because for the rest of the day, he was curled up on his fleece fast asleep, bless him. Thank you Kim for taking good care of our precious fur baby. Did I mention Kim that your friendly professional, dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate understanding of needs, speaks volumes.. xx

Chester, our gorgeous rescue, had never been off lead and was terrified of car travel. Neil was recommended to us and after much patience (Neil’s!!) and hard work, today Chester jumped in the car ready to travel having spent time off lead in the park! Highly recommend - excellent trainer who gave me the confidence to let Chester off lead - recall excellent!! Thanks!

I can’t recommend Neil enough, He's helped me start to really enjoy my dog walks again - The progress Winston has made in just a few weeks is brilliant, and will continue to improve!He's also helped me learn more about my own dog’s behavior and communication, which has bettered me as his handler.Neil is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners and it really shows in his work!Thank you again, from myself and Winston!

We asked Neil to help us with our 9 month old Sprollie Puppy who would pull on the lead, making walks really hard work. Since working with Neil she has stopped pulling so hard on the lead, Neil taught us different ways of keeping her engaged with us when walking and explained every process so we could better understand her and how to work with her. Neil was really friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We felt really reassured when working with Neil that we were doing well and Nova was picking everything up with consistency. I would definitely recommend Neil. We have definitely noticed a big difference and find the training methods easy to incorporate in our everyday walks, bonus points for the fact it works her brain and tires her out quicker.
